WE FOUND 10,000 MT, BUT WE ARE STILL LOOKING FOR 50-60,000 MT FOR SEPT/OCT SHIPMENT. YOU CAN SHIP IN INCREMENTS OF 10,20,30,000 MT PER SHIPMENT.

If you are a direct seller ONLY, and would like to ship 60,000 MT in the next 3 months, and 240,000 MT in 2006, we are READY TO INSPECT NOW. OPEN L/C for first 30,000 MT shipment by within within 7 business days from inspection/verification)-pre-advice sooner. 1st shipment by Sept. 15-20, 2005.

We can take shipments in 10k, 20k, or 30,000 MT each.

If the rails you offer meet our criteria below, please advise where we can inspect (I.E. location, contact, city/port, etc.). What city do we fly into?

We are looking at several parcels the next week and we would include the inspection of your rail.

Contract-Can be spot for 60,000 MT, or 60,000 MT for (Sept-Nov 2005 shipment), and 20,000 MT per month thereafter through 2006. Seller can ship in 20,30, or 40,000 MT shipments in 2006.

Immediate requirement: We need a minimum of 60,000 MT over the next 90 days, w/30,000 MT ready to ship NOW (August/Sept.). After inspection, we will open the irrevocable (non-transferable, non-revolving) LC. Revolving LC only after 1st 60,000 MT (proof that seller can deliver).

You can nominate a vessel as early as next week.

Newark, N.J/Philadelphia, Pennsylvania or Baltimore (sellers option)-East Coast

Size range: R43-R75 (43/50/65/75) x 8 meter minimum and 12.5 meter maximum

We know there are NO sellers/suppliers that can supply 30,000 MT per month of our required lengths, so please do not waste time on these contracts. This is why we are looking for real/reliable sellers that are looking for a long term relationship.

Packing: For safety reasons-best to have bundled 8-10 m together and 10.1-12.5 mtogether, so rails do not slip/drop during loading.
No rails will be accepted under 8 meter.

Condition: Minimal tar, asphalt or grease on rails. Must be loaded in vessel for "sling" unloading.
Typical carbon chemistry for rail acceptable, but NO-ALLOY.
Rail heads cannot be curve-worn. Free of slivers, rollover.
Rail Flanges must be free of spike notches and plate wear.
Rail must be free of attachments, debris, heavy field welds and multiple web holes.

Must be normal/good rerollable rail. This is why we insist on inspection.

Weight settlement based on draft survey at load port under supervision of independent marine inspector (SGS, Inspectorate, Alex Stuart Intl., or mutually agreed firm).

If you would like to participate in this contract, please send the inspection details so we can arrange for the immediate inspection.

SPECIAL NOTE: UNLESS YOU HAVE THE RAIL READY TO SHIP IN SEPTEMBER, PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR TIME OR OUR TIME FOR THE INSPECTION. WE WISH TO INSPECT W/REAL FIRMS W/MATERIAL READY TO SHIP.
